1. What do you mean, AI for recruitment?
Today, people interested in a position apply for the vacancy through a form, which is evaluated by an ATS and made available to recruiters in summary form, based on limited information (the CV and a few specific questions). With Sol, our AI, you have an interview with the candidate, CV data, information about salary expectations, organizational culture, job profile, and much more. Sol exponentially increases your selection capacity to find the perfect talent for your vacancy.
2. Are you replacing recruiters?
No, we are providing more support and reach for recruiters. A recruiter cannot evaluate 500 applications for a position and does not have unlimited time to interview and get to know the candidates better. An ATS greatly limits the understanding of candidates. Sol interviews candidates, collects data beyond their CVs, and creates a match. Not only that, but candidates can do the interview on their own schedule, in their own time. In other words, with Sol, recruiters will be able to make better selections.
3. Is Sol a chatbot?
No, Sol is an artificial intelligence powered by Open AI and trained (machine learning) by millions of examples of interviews and selection processes, in addition to using neuroscience to create questions that help to better understand the candidates' profiles.
4. What type of company is Solu?
We developed our platform primarily to assist companies that do not have recruitment departments or dedicated recruitment teams and tools. These companies often use Google Forms, Typeform, and various other tools to register interested candidates in their systems. We believe that with Sol, these companies can better organize themselves and scale their hiring and growth capacity.
5. I have ATS and a recruitment team. Can I use them?
Yes! Sol can act as the first interview for all candidates that your ATS has identified as the best and most qualified for your opportunity. This gives recruiters more information to move forward in the selection process.
6. Is Solu an Application Tracking System (ATS)?
No, and we have no intention of being. We are integrated into some stages of market-leading ATSs, but that is as far as we go.
7. What is TaaS?
It is the acronym for Talent as a Service. It means that we hire people on our payroll to assign to our clients' projects for a defined period (usually for a specific project). Also called outsourcing or Staff Loan, the benefit lies in hiring people who are on our payroll, under the rules of the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
