In the recruitment ecosystem, names get mixed up. ATS, consulting firms, screening platforms, and there are those who sell everything and even add payroll management and other human resources services. It is natural for misunderstandings to arise, and we have even been called various names because of this confusion. We've heard it all: "Oh, so you're just another ATS?" or "Do you operate as an outsourced consulting firm?"
